Hello Reflex,
Nope. It doesn't matter what your CPU is. I prefer NIVIDIA GeForce over AMD as well.
EVGA - Products - EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC 4GB w/ EVGA ACX Cooler - 04G-P4-2768-KR
Operating System Support
Windows 8 32/64bit
Windows 7 32/64bit
Windows Vista 32/64bit
Windows XP 32/64bit
Requirements
Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 30 Amps.)
An available 6-pin PCI-E power connector and an available 8 pin PCI-E power connector
Total Power Draw : 170 Watts
Does my motherboard have two available 6-pin PCI Express power connectors and one 6-pin PCI Express power connector?

It would be your PSU (power supply) that would have this or not.
What is the brand and model number of your PSU.
If this is for the HP computer in your specs, then what model number is the computer?
I plan on getting a 650W or 750W PSU
Do you think this graphics card can run on my MOBA?

or I could go with this because I might not get the best out of that GCU.

Would this be the best choice due the bottleneck specs of the other gfu? -http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202059
If you have other suggestions let me know but I am going to order my GFU and 8GB Ripjaw Ram within the next day due to limited time.
Since you are planning on getting a new PSU, then you would just need to make sure that it has the number of PCI-E power connected required by the new graphics card.
You're mothorboard only has a PCI-E x16 2.0 slot. It'll work with the card you wanted above, but you would get better bandwidth for the graphics card if it had a PCI-E 3.0 slot.
yeah I was just going to mention moba compatibility with psu and recommendations, I heard its only a 1fps difference from a 2.0 16x to a 3.0 or little to no difference (not noticeable) and upgrading an AM3 I don't find too useful due too the little difference unlike AM3+. also am3 processors don't sell anymore {not manufatured} so it would be a waste of time
Any 600W CPU suggestions that would be compatible with both the motherboard and gcu?
