Intel HD 4600 - Distorted Pixels and Constant Crashing

My computer OCCASIONALLY flickers (then hangs until I restart PC) and distorted pixels show up along with the error "Intel HD Graphics for Windows 8(R) has crashed but has now recovered". Weird enough, when I start my computer on safe mode everything is A-ok.

I already used DDU to uninstall and reinstall the Graphics Driver but to no avail.

Side Question : What resources does the onboard GPU use? Might that be the problem?

Motherboard : ASUS Z97M - Plus
Intel (R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz

None. I even did a clean format of my whole PC.
I uninstalled the Display Driver and everything works fine now even w/o Safe Mode but the problem is I need the driver to play my Games.

Quick Question ; What are the resources that the Onboard GPU use? Like every single one so incase this fails I can check.

It shares it Resources with the CPU and Ram ... I do not know of any Tests you could do with the Graphics as it is On-Board

Chipset + Graphic drivers update did nothing, sadly.
I'm starting to have doubts with my RAM since I also have this BSOD issue. Care to check?
BSOD from unknown reasons, bug check 0x0000007a

I'm gonna have a new Graphics Card tomorrow but I still want to know if the RAM might have something to do with it.

Yes and it made 5 passes but I still have high doubts about it since I can't think of any more reasons on why I'm having this problem.

Don't pay for an nVidia gpu on an Intel chipset mobo w/ 4600 graphic
Don't do what I did, buying a Lenovo 'multimedia' machine that included as standard a nVidia GeForce GT 750M discrete GPU with an Intel Core i7 processor chipset, including the 4600 graphic chip, and then waste a year trying to figure out what was wrong while my very pointed and direct questions to...

XPS Laptop screen flickering and distorted nVidia and Intel Drivers
I did a fresh install of windows 7 on my laptop. I then got a DELL engineer from the software team to do a drivers install. But the screen on full resolution has problems. When I turn on the laptop and log in the screen gets all weird and flickers and shows grey lines and its very hard to use....

Good Evening Any one out there that could possibly help in getting Transport Giant Gold edition (without any other mods installed) to run on my new HP model. HP Pro Book 450 G1. What amazes me is that an older program called Freight Tycoon runs perfectly, but the TG Gold "stops" at the menu,...

What Games on Intel HD 4600?
Hi all... What games are playable on good settings with this Internal GPU on my CPU? And will it run GTA Episodes from Liberty City Stories fine? I'm playing CS:GO which runs on high settings by default smoothly also downloading DOTA 2 which runs on Max as well.

Constant Crashing, constant BSOD's
Alright, so the situation has gotten worse, a few weeks back I made a thread and someone advised me to remove Daemon/Alcohol 120 and then remove the leftovers using a specific tool, and it seemed to be fine for a while, but now my computer is starting to crash full force. I was just playing...

Hey Guys, I was wandering if anyone had any advice on the following? I recently had a major boot issue with my PC and after much installing, formatting HDD and reinstalling my OS (Windows 7), I came to the conclusion that it was time for a hardware overhall. I'd been getting some BSOD...
