Not necessarily. We need to know what kind of motherboard and power supply you have so that we can better assist you with the situation.

Your motherboard needs to have an available AGP or PCI Express slot so that you can insert your graphics card. You can choose to go with either ATI or Nvidia. You won't be able to purchase graphics card from the ATI website, but I do recommend newegg.com for purchasing your computer needs.

The HD 3200 is not too bad. Are you finding it difficult to play games?

Type "system information" in start menu search box then hit enter. File | save in the screen that opens. Use Winrar on the saved file and attach the .rar to a post. We can see what you have this way.

Can you give me the model of your Fujitsu (assuming it's a Fujitsu from your system specs) so I can look it up?

You can look into getting an ATI 4650, it's relatively cheap and doesn't require much power.

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100253HDMI Radeon HD 4650 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Low Profile Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Just make sure your computer has a PCI Express slot to accommodate it

You have PCI Express... you may install a new card if you want to... Have Fun!
