    I need help?


    I Need help installing a Nvidia driver for my computer. On Nvidia's website it says that we update through windows 7 update but when i do that i dont get anything no optional or recommended or important are available and when i go to device manager it only says standard VGA dispaly, i need help, the Graphics card is also Nvidia 8M series, im running windows 7.

    Hello Ebartolon,

    You should be able to install the NVIDIA 8M drivers for Vista in Windows 7.

    This is the link for the 179.28 drivers.

    64-bit
    GeForce Release 179

    32-bit
    GeForce Release 179

    Ebartolon,

    See if using Compatibility Mode on the installation file with Vista selected will allow it to install for you.

    it is on Vista Compatibility mode.

    But It Still doesnt work!
    only VGA Basic display
