Need Help With Aero/Display Driver!!!

I just upgraded from vista 32bit to windows 7 64bit. Everything works fine except I can't get Aero to work. When i clicked on the troubleshoot the error message read
"Video card doesn't support aero effects"
Where can i find the proper driver and how do i install it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here are my system specs straight from DxDiag.
I know i have an NVIDIA but im not sure how to figure out exactly whcih kind.

You can follow my tutorial here:

NVIDIA Driver - Convert from Desktop to Mobile (Laptop)

(PS: Not such a great idea to place x64 on that machine. Notice Sony does not offer any x64 drivers, even for Vista? Can be done very well though if you follow my method.)

I don't mind helping when people read first.

Of course it does.

"Alright ladies and gentleman. I've decided to make a tutorial for getting the latest desktop drivers for NVIDIA laptop models to work well
for you. Here's how to proceed. This is for x86. x64 is slightly more difficult due to driver signing enforcement.
You can try to permanently disable this "feature" of Windows 7 x64 by searching Google. Please do not ask me how as I do not use x64 and
don't know. But there is a way. If you can't find it, for x64, you will have to use f8 or similar key to start the machine each time."

Why would you try to use 186.81 when 191.07 is available? Can easily be done but makes no sense.
