Windows 7: No display in monitor...

No display in monitor...

After i turn on the CPU, Some frequent sounds are coming, normally sounds wont come, & also monitor is working fine, but no display. i am thinking RAM or CMOS Battery making sounds & not allowing to work. please help me.

display/monitor 1024768 display size
the display/monitor uses the generic driver for display and it is 1024768 or 800x600 but it looks very odd it should be bigger because my screen is bigger. I have a acer monitor but is there something I can download to fix the display size?
