Yes, but it will only run 2 monitors, no matter what the specs say.

The VGA output port is what I consider an either or thing.

Why are you looking at Amazon for an EVGA card ?

    Use http://www.evga.com/default.asp

This one might push 3 monitors.

I don`t know about that, you`d have to read the specs on each card you look at.

    Research, research, research :)

    Is this the PSU ?

If so, you only have 1 6 pin pci-E power cable to work with to plug into any card you buy, but a lot of cards do not need to be powered, they get the power from the motherboard.
    Yes, that's what I have.

I looked on the EVGA website and found it cheaper on Amazon. I've been using Vga for one monitor, him I for the TV, and displaylink for the other monitor.

So am I going to need to get a new psu also? It is 6 years old so maybe it's starting to fail? It only has 400w too. Could be requiring more power than that.

You could try the card you picked out, but I would contact EVGA to see if it supports 3 monitors 1st, they have great support.

This one shows a 400 watt psu minimum,
    EVGA 04G-P4-2744-KR GeForce GT 740 Superclocked 4GB 128-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card - Newegg.com
Very similar to the one AddRam shows but the number is different.
    Code:
400 Watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 20 Amp on the +12 volt rail.
The one AddRam posted shows 350 watt,
    Code:
    Requirements

    • 350 Watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 38 Amp on the +12 volt rail.****
    • PCI Express, PCI Express 2.0 or PCI Express 3.0 compliant motherboard with one graphics slot.
