Hi,
As far as I've noticed this forums system spec's utility will find the info and upload it too
You must use Internet explorer for it tp auto fill in the system spec's page but that's the only quirk,
Try it and see what it fills in Old or New mobo info,

Intel makes thousands of boards.
Without the model of the board, who knows ???
The person that bought and installed the new board hopefully knows what they bought.
With that info, you could search Intel support for the correct drivers.

Return the motherboard (or PC). The motherboard has been flashed with an invalid BIOS or it is a forgery. You will never be able to install or update drivers. The BIOS stores the MB data and it's not there. The motherboard should have come with a factory OEM disc with drivers that apply to THAT motherboard. You MUST know the MB make and model to retrieve applicable drivers and updates. You can't just pull drivers out of a hat.

At startup, Windows would have recognized a different MB and would have tried to install default drivers for the hardware reported by the BIOS and then recertify Windows. That's why you got the generic video driver.

Sorry, I didn't mean to confuse you. I noticed the dust built-up while checking the screenshots and wanted to tell about it.
