    Personally I'd take it somewhere to see if they can do the bios flashing for you.
    Possibly even blow the box out for you too.

    Who said the gpu wasn't supported? If you can get Windows 7 drivers for it, it should be supported. It looks like you have one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot on the MB. (The blue one) Windows might even have WHQL drivers for it but you might loose some functionality. Did the video card come with a CD? If not, I would take that back too if it was sold as new.

    If your parts were new, both the MB and video card should have come in a box and both would have discs to load necessary software/drivers. If they didn't, your supplier is probably salvaging parts from old PCs. Someone cleared the BIOS on the MB so you couldn't see the original OEM. Personally, I'd return the whole mess and get your money back if you can. It's not worth the headache for $50USD in computer parts.

    What does the disc say on it? Does it have any branding?
