1080 Monitor Prob.

I have a LC-22DC30M Sharp Aquos LED Monitor that has a native resolution of 1920x1080 according to its specifications listed below its website, unfortunately when I set my resolution into 1920x1080 it expands way
over the screen so it looks like this therefore I have to set it into 1824x1026, basically I want to get the best out of my monitor. It runs at 60 HZ with a GTX 970 Zotac Extreme Edition. Tell me if you have an fix for this.
Thanks C:!

I also have to fit the resolution in mine. It does not bother me.

I can't see anything wrong in the screenshot other than wallpaper not being set to "Fill" in desktop background settings(?).

Can you find that picture and check it's resolution? (right click and properties - details)

Try right click empty desktop - personalize - Desktop background - Picture position: Fill

Hmm, try
- unplug monitor and PC from power mains for a minute.
- look on monitor for buttons, go through the menu
- check display driver settings as recommended earlier
