Is My Graphics Card compatible for my friends computer?

I recently upgraded my graphics card and I was going to give my friend my old one but I don't know if it's compatible. Here is his specs:

Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.80GHz 54 C
Lynnfield 45nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 660MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Acer Aspire M5910 (CPU 1) 59 C
Graphics
X233H (1920x1080@60Hz)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner) 44 C
Storage
1397GB Western Digital WDC WD15EADS-22P8B0 (SATA) 48 C
Optical Drives
ATAPI BD O DH4O3S
ELBY CLONEDRIVE SCSI CdRom Device
YNE 4DE7KPM3 SCSI CdRom Device
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH60N
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

And he has 500 watts power supply. With model: FSP450-60EP

My old graphics card is AMD HD 7800 series. Will it work.

I don't see why it wouldn't work, as long as it will fit in the case. It may be a little bit challenging with your friend's current power supply, depending on the model of your Radeon card. A 7870 will probably use more power than a 7850, for example.

But the card should be compatible, none-the-less. I would give it a try and see if it works with that PSU.
