So update.
I've reinstalled windows.
Installed few basic programs.
Got PS installed. And again cant start it at all. Instant crash. Oh dear why did I upgrade gpu. should have stayed with good old 680
Nothing, I 2x click PS and instead of PS loading logo I get crahs

Yes that's the one I have installed. Fresh windows, fresh chipset drivers, nvidia ones u linked and so on. I'm running now windows update to get SP and other hotfixes, Not sure if they will help but PS should have work without anything straight out of the box

Ok so it looks like that after getting SP1 installed the PS started to work. I'll install the lest of windows updates and see if the system is more stable now. Fingers corsss!
If you crash again after updates, try re-downloading PS from Adobe. Anyway, good luck! :)
