I offered to download some Nvidia gt210 drivers for my cousin as he lives in the country and his internet speed is abysmal. I have Radeon graphics on my pc, will I be able to save and avoid running like most downloads?

I have Firefox in case IE has problems, and I have just successfully downloaded the drivers and put them on a USB stick. Thanks for the tip.
