Will do - in doing chemo - would appreciate that you take that into consideration and that your case managers ensure that everything is operating correctly and as it was instead of saying it is a Microsoft issue - Just tell them that you are unable to update the display adapters and also windows resource protection found corrupted files and were unable to fix them.

The two particular items I would like fixed it that the graphics card has to be upgraded - as it was befor your case manager tried upgrading it.

And the issue with these two items - ntdll.dll and dxgkrnl.sys -
    C:\Windows\system32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
    They tried -
DisplayLink: Windows Software - which did not work.

    And this in the below

Faulting application name: DisplayLinkUserAgent.exe, version: 7.9.296.0, time stamp: 0x559b9d04
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.18869, time stamp: 0x556366f2
    Exception code: 0xc0000374
    Fault offset: 0x00000000000bfc22

    Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll
    Report Id: 98bb7985-4689-11e5-9ccd-87c181ac63fc

Again I will insist on saying I would not have come on this forum unless I was told that your case managers informed me that it was not their fault and going on a cause to fix the issue.

They left me to do a full system scan in safe mode and left.

    Bye.

I would like an extension if possible after all this for the inconvenience that Norton has caused me. Grief.
