    Screen Artifact/Flickering Issues

So, I've had this screen flickering issue for a couple months now on a new build. It had been running with no issues for the first couple months.

The graphics card was replaced under warranty by XFX. The one they received was tested and was error free. So the issue is not the graphics card.

MemTest86 ran for almost two days and came up with zero errors.

The SSD was cloned from another computer, not sure if that matters or not.

Computer runs fine for hours after boot.

Temperatures are cool. GPU runs around 95*, CPU in the low 90's.

I hope those temperatures aren't in Celsius.

Just passing by, hope it helps
If the GPU is not the problem, then it's likely your monitor or underpowered/bad PSU.

To find the problems, you must check every possibility that might cause it.

    - Change the GPU/use it in different system
    - Change the monitor/use it in different system
    - Change the PSU

if it's your monitor, try an experiment with it's refresh rate via GPU control panel.

Well, this is on a dual monitor setup and the artifacts cross both monitors at the same time, so unless both monitors are bad, I don't think it's them.

Then it's more likely to be your PSU.
