I have no preference for cable color unless its a really oddball color, than I won't take it, but red cables like AddRam said, I wouldn't mind. But you see, the GT 610 isn't GDDR5, it was DDR3. It's great for legacy games meant for like, Windows 98, but will flat out say "Nuh uh. You ain't playing anything modern on more than low at 20-30FPS" with things like Saints Row IV or Skyrim. xD It's funny but it's also not... Dx

I might be wrong but I believe AddRam was referring to just the cables to the gpu are red
The others are black so there might be a color difference in that respect which would be weird if evga mixed the sleeve coloring :/
850 and 1200 P2's are exactly the same all of the cables are all black sleeved
I actually like the cables a lot more that Corsair's cables which I sent back a RX 850 because it just seemed cheap and not to mention incomplete cable wise for my Acer 4 pin cpu board.

Oh okay. Just the PCIe connector cables were red. The only logical reason I can find for that is for better identification, but then again, no clue what it was really for.

Me either possibly AddRam will clarify that a bit,
All one color is not a big deal although I do like the black just fine
    Black goes with everything :)

Because the PSU is called a SuperNOVA, get it Red for SuperNOVA, like the sun

I know, stupid but it`s what they told me

I guess enough people complained so they went to black cables on the 1200, 850 and 750 P2`s etc

And yes, I explicitly said THE VIDEO CABLES !!!!

Just click the link and look at the pictures.

    EVGA - Products - EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P2 Power Supply - 220-P2-1000-XR

I have no clue why the links didn`t work earlier

EVGA - Products - G2/P2/T2 White Power Supply Cable Set (Individually Sleeved) - 100-CW-1300-B9

EVGA - Products - G2/P2/T2 Black Power Supply Cable Set (Individually Sleeved) - 100-CK-1300-B9

Here`s a shot before I added the 1200 P2 and the braided cable set.
