Does the card and the monitor have HDMI ? Just go HDMI to HDMI.

Does the card and the monitor have DVI, just go DVI to DVI.

Hi brilliant. Have you got a link where i can get them in the UK?

I use my DVI I port for my other small VGA monitor it will only work on that one. My HDMI port i'm using with my LCD in question is giving different resolutions that DVI gives. So would like to ditch HDMI.

    Hi,
This is a double male end hdmi cable pretty much standard

Can't tell from your image what it is you pretty much took that shot looking straight into the end of it so yea it looks like a female
    Tilt it in any direction

Any adapter would likely have a female end on it for a standard hdmi cable to go into.

The connector in the photograph is actually male. It will fit into that adapter that I linked.

Sorry, I don't know where to get one in the UK. Any computer shop worth its salt should have one though.
