Hi,
Just how many assorted ram sticks do you have ?
Possibly the power supply is not giving the power demand which I would imagine is more than the prior card requires :/

Yep evga does not like giving back money
I waited almost 3 months for a refund on a refused delivery of a titanx
Luckily my c.c. company sorted it = can't charge anything if never accepted not even delivery charges

If it took 45 minutes on one game and the other won't even open :/
I have to think it's the site/ game involved as well
I've read some games do not like oc cards ?

I have one 8GB stick of Crucial, one 4GB stick of GSkill Ripjaws, and two 2GB sticks of SpecTek no name brand RAM. They have never given me problems, the crashes only started with the new GPU installation.

I got a Cooler Master v750 Semi-Modular along with the card. I know it's a decent power supply and it's enough power. I strongly believe it's not the source of the game crashes.

What kind of GPU temps are you getting when it crashes? (If I may throw a red herring into the mix)

You got to be kidding me. You got this mismatched ram and your RMA video cards.

Everything in a computer must work with everything else and their is a good chance the new video card and the mismatch ram are not getting along.

I haven't been able to see my temps after crashes, as MSI usually resets/whole computer crashes.

Alright. First, I didn't even RMA my video card, it was only a suggestion made. Second, the ram sticks worked fine with my past so I just assumed it would work with my new one. I don't really feel like going out and buying new ram, so what's the fix?

If it was a system I had to fix it would get match ram before I would do anything else.
You say you don't want to do that, which is fine with me. It's your system.
I would no go looking for problem 2, 3, 4 until I fixed problem 1. Your ram.
I also would not assume their is just one problem. Step at a time is my method.

I could always just leave one stick in out of the 4 and test it. I also have a matching pair if RAM (2x4GB) in another system, but memtest shows errors on them.

Gaming is mostly cpu and gpu dependent
Most games will run on 4gb
Every game spec's I've seen so far the ram requirements are pretty low.

If you remove some enter your bios after and optimize defaults / save and exit.
