That's really strange. The driver is there but it seems like it's not loading...

But it looks like you have more driver issues than just your graphics card. This may or may not be related, but you have two unknown devices, and two serial ports with yellow triangles on them. It might be a good idea to try to resolve those issues too, as they may be affecting the graphics card drivers.

Ok. On the serial ports, right click the serial port in Device Manager and choose "Update driver" and see if Windows can find a driver for them.

As for the other two items, have you added any new hardware lately? Those two "unknown" devices could be the serial ports and may disappear when you get the serial drivers updated. Try that first.
