    Resolution problem with an ATI Radeon HD 4770


    Hi, I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and I've got some sort of a problem.
    I have an ATI Radeon HD 4770 graphics card and a Smasung SyncMaster2243NW (16:10) monitor and I can't set the resolution to 1680x1050. I managed to force the resolution using Powerstrip, but isn't there an easier way?

    Also, does anyone else have this problem?

    Make sure that you have installed the latest drivers for your monitor...
