9600 gt

hi guys look i have this issue in windows 7

i have core 2 duo, with 4gs of ram and a 9600gt vid card and a few days ago my system started to act all weird the thumbnails and the alt+tab funtion are not working propertly is like way to fast is like flickering can someone help me solve this issue, am on windows 7 rtm version oh and even the windows key on my keyboard is not funtioning right i already tryied another keyboard and its the same, is like the system is way to fast and i have uninstall the video drivers go to the vid card settings and to the troubleshoot section to slow down the 3d aceleration but gave me and error of registry dont know what else to do any ideas?

You are on Windows 7 rtm......32 or 64 bit? Did you Upgrade to Win 7 or did you perform a clean install? How long have you had Windows 7 installed?
Your system is not too fast for the OS (Is that even possible?), seems like a driver issue.

Have you installed manufacturor drivers for your video card?
