New graphics card crashes, MSI GPX 970

    Hi
I have bought and installed an MSI GTX 970 and when I try stress tests or playing Tom Clancy The Division, my pc crahses.
I am currently using the drivers that came with it, 355.82
I have followed this thread Latest NVIDIA ForceWare Video Drivers Windows 7 and used the latest drivers, 364.72 but no luck.
I used Guru3D to unistall the drivers and do a clean install but still no luck.
    Anyone have any suggestions please?
    Cheers
    Brendan

Sorry, misnamed the thread, my graphics card is GTX970

When I run CPU-Z and click the tab "Graphics", it lists Intel first and then NVidia second. Could this be the issue?
Apologies for the dumb questions, I'm not very technical.

    Hi,
    Seems fine
Although I've never used cpu-z or gpu-z's validation or testing stuff

Having a MSI card I'd also look into using afterburner if you want to really adjust the gpu in anyway,

I have installed afterburner but really don't know what I should do.
I am currently running a stress test with Kombustor and it seems to be running fime.
Temp has reached 62 but now dropped to 60

    Hi,
    No telling what's up
As long as you're only connected to the new gpu everything should be fine.

Back from dinner. Tried other stress test on Kombustor and all crashed my system. Can only run the Plasma 1M Particle test.

    Hi,
You can increase the power limit to 106 I believe is the normal/ default limit
