Would reverting to Win 7 from 10 reduce DPC latency errors? Nvidia

Hi,
I'm having a vast array of DPC latency errors. I have observed glitching in audio and video stuttering so I started *Using LatencyMON* These are big culprits for putting me in the red zone

ndis.sys (improved by removing bitdefender)
dxgkrnl.sys

Usbport.sys (updated driver to C216 in device manager, seems to have worked)

nvlddmkm.sys

hdaudbus.sys (removing nvidia hd audio driver did not remove this process, it reinstalls itself, so now I disable)

wdf01000.sys (comes up sometimes and very high lag)

--Other symptoms; USB will disconnect my mouse during games or viewing web browsers.
--would disconnect my USB 3.0 HDD dock, but that thing will connect itself again. This does stop my whole computer for 3 seconds and stall the entire CPu though, so it's very bad for any kind of work or games I'm doing.

I have done much to correct a lot of these latency errors

1. Remove bitdefender, this proved to be a large culprit. most errors are gone, but Nvidia still persists

2. Reverted to the oldest Nvidia driver. Did not work. I went to 361 (Feb driver) after that, and it did not improve.

3. Created Xperf file.

4. Removed Killer Ethernet manager, only using INF file basic driver win 8.1 version.

5.

Reseated Nvidia card and checked cables /power again.
6. Observed IRQ conflicts. USB and ethernet are all sharing 18. Could not fix, but unsure if this is a problem.

So, I saw on other forums that people were able to eliminate them by going back to WIndows 7. Maybe the Nvidia driver does not work good?

There is nothing wrong with the nvidia drivers.

And what are all these programs you have installed ? They are not needed.

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
No sure what a graphic's driver would have to do with a lan or wifi driver issues.

If BitDefender was the issue seems it would be the one blocking or interrupting signal

Rolling back from win-10 I'd imagine all types of issues with the original install
Win-10's system restore has been known to be pretty bad but system restore in windows has never really been any good.
Restoring a system image would of been better if bothered to have been created before upgrading to win-10.

Sorry bad choice of language. I mean reformatting a clean install to Windows 7
And removing Bitdefender did solve only a little, Nvidia dxgkrnl.sys shows a high latency still.

But after seeing this sneaking in from the last 2-3 versions of NVidia drivers,

Not sure what NVidia is trying to do really :)
Not sure how many people even know what to do with Vulkan it's mostly for developers..

Yes, it`s part of the drivers, no affect on performance here :)

Still trying to figure out what it actually does, maybe some genius can tell us.

But after installing 365.10 it looks like Vulcan is gone from the start menu, but it`s still in Programs and Features, and it still has a folder in C Program files, I`m cornfused

It runs a command prompt, but what`s it do ???

Well Vulkan shouldn't be any issue since this Nvlddmkm /dxkrnl.sys has been a problem before Vulkan existed.

Basically, Vulkan is the "new" OPENGL, it's an API. It allows programmers to create multi platform games with a fraction of the conversion time. I suppose you need it on your system sorta how u needed Opengl to run these games.
