It is my understanding that the Founders Edition is the same as the Reference card but the cooling solution is much better.

Founders Edition is now the new term for Reference Edition, apparently nVidia has dropped the term Reference

I got my new GPU, really happy. I added 650 Mem and 100 core, didn't touch my CPU. Broke 20K graphics and 15 overall
