1 VGA display and 2 Projectors for 3D and monitors keep switching

So we have a Dual projector setup for 3D in a movie theater and we use a program called stereoscopic player as the playback program. Now here is the setup. We have a VGA monitor, and 2 HDMI projectors. The problem we are having is sometimes the order would switch and now full screen would maximize to the VGA monitor and only one projector, or the Left and Right eye might get switched.

No heres the question. Is there any program that can ensure that say VGA is always monitor 1, HDMI is always output 2 and DVI is always 3? This is being used every day to project 3D and it causes huge issues when the customer has to attempt to get the video outputs back in order.

This must be possible as I have seen video walls running on PC's and they don't seem to switch orders. Is there a either a program or a different video card we can use to solve this issue?

Thank You!
-Matt
