    USB to VGA (external graphics card) does not install


    Hello!

    I recently purchased a USB - VGA adapter for my laptop. The ports available in my laptop are two USB and one DisplayPort.

    My laptop:

    This is the product i bought:

    My intention was to use the Displayport to connect one external display, and then use the USB - VGA adapter do connect an additional external display. As I connect the USB-VGA adapter, Windows 7 tries to install the drivers but keeps failing. There seem to be no downloadable drivers for this product, except for Windows 10.

    Can anyone help me figuring out what is causing this problem? I really need two external monitors in order to work from home.

    Glad to hear it. I found the info on the product by tracing back to the main page of where the driver was being held from the link at the Swedish site you linked to.
