    Packard Bell Black Screen after install GRAPHIC CARD


    Hello!

    I have a Packard Bell EasyNote TE Laptop, Proccessor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1000M @ 1.8GHz 1.8GHz, RAM: 4GB DDR3, HDD 500GB, Graphic Card: Intel® HD Graphics 4000.

    Successfully installed the Windows 7 x64. When I install the Graphic Card Driver, the screen is black. I download drivers from official Packard Bell website.

    I try to install successfully Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, but I have same problem after install Graphic Card Driver.

    Can help me anyone?

    Your showing both 32/64 bit OS, did you download the correct drivers??

    I download drive for Windows 7 64bit in the website of PackBell using SNID.

    That why,
    The SNID allocated to your comp will send it to the ORIGINALLY installed version ie 32bit,
    Do it manually, select 64bit.

    I select manually 64bit version driver. I'm sure for this. I uninstall graphic driver from safe mode, restart laptop and it work OK without display driver. I re-install driver Intel HD 4000 x64, and laptop is black screen again.

    Hi Luki,
    Something odd here,
    according to your system specs you have a Clevo motherboard, NOT HP that would imply that the drivers you are downloading are incompatible.
    CLEVO Driver Download

    you could try the drivers from Clevo.
    note i suspect this is not the originally installed OS.

    Clearly your my system specs are from another computer, the one you mention above is only a vague reference since I see about 10 different TE models on the Packard Bell site,

    Hello derekimo. I search for drivers with SNID, and I download official driver. I try download driver from Device Manager, and I have same problem.
