Packard Bell Black Screen after install GRAPHIC CARD

Hello!

I have a Packard Bell EasyNote TE Laptop, Proccessor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1000M @ 1.8GHz 1.8GHz, RAM: 4GB DDR3, HDD 500GB, Graphic Card: Intel® HD Graphics 4000.

Successfully installed the Windows 7 x64. When I install the Graphic Card Driver, the screen is black. I download drivers from official Packard Bell website.

I try to install successfully Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, but I have same problem after install Graphic Card Driver.

Can help me anyone?

That why,
The SNID allocated to your comp will send it to the ORIGINALLY installed version ie 32bit,
Do it manually, select 64bit.

I select manually 64bit version driver. I'm sure for this. I uninstall graphic driver from safe mode, restart laptop and it work OK without display driver. I re-install driver Intel HD 4000 x64, and laptop is black screen again.

Hi Luki,
Something odd here,
according to your system specs you have a Clevo motherboard, NOT HP that would imply that the drivers you are downloading are incompatible.
CLEVO Driver Download

you could try the drivers from Clevo.
note i suspect this is not the originally installed OS.

Clearly your my system specs are from another computer, the one you mention above is only a vague reference since I see about 10 different TE models on the Packard Bell site,

If you can do this and upload the file it should help narrow it down,
