Screen moved up

For some weird reason my screen moved up while I was playing a game. I thought that simple restart will do, but it didn't help. The resolution is the same 1440x900, and monitor settings do not allow me to move the screen up or down, just sideways. Please help.

Most monitor do have its own setting, which is on the monitor itself.
Such as adjustment.
Try to play around the buttons on the monitor, as it may require combination.

Moved ? to Where?
Currently I can see three posts that say Moved: There is no indication as to where they were moved. How about including that info when it is deemed appropriate to "move" a post?
