    4890 Windows 7 Score

My 4890 is only getting a 6.0 score in CCC when it was previously getting a 7.7 before the new 9.11 driver install. Also when I change the memory clock in CCC and click apply the screen flashes, then if I go to youtube and play a video the screen flashes again. This happens only with the memory clock and does the same thing when I overclock or underclock it.

alltough game performance has increased (gta iv shows 10fps more then before)
and vantage performance points are still the same (p9360)

Huge increase in fps here too with new driver 9.11.

I still get the same 7.0 ratings for both WEI. The same.

Ok, my score is back to 7.7 again after doing a full driver removal then install 9.11's again. Still, my screen is flickering/ flashing when I raise or lower my memory clock in catalyst control center. I checked in CPU-z and the memory clock is changing back to the default 1000 when the flicker happens. Is the 9.11 drivers doing this because it wasn't happening with 9.10 ?
