Display driver stopped responding

I'm have ''Display driver NVIDIA Windows kernel Mode driver,version 195.55 stopped responding and has sucessfully recovered." when i play games.
I don't get this error in Windows XP, only getting it in Win Vista and Win7
I've tried several drivers and even reinstalled Win7 but i can't fix this

Most likely, something to do with system ram.

Visit the maker of you ram modules' site to determine the correct Vdimm (ram voltage) and timings. Set the motherboard accordingly.

Also, could be caused by too much heat on the gpu. Try running with a big room fan blowing inside the open case, as a test.

All RAM timings are set to default. The default voltage is 1.8V
I've also ran memtest86 and no errors were detected
My GPU is not overheating idle temperature is 48C

Right, that's what I'm saying though. Your RAM may require a higher voltage to operate well.

Use the spd tab in CPU-Z to find the exact modules. Then see the maker's site for info on them and what Vdimm/timings should be.

Also, it's still a very good test to run with the fan blowing inside case for other reasons.

I've increased the ram voltage but still having same problem
I've also bought a 2GB stick and the error is still there.
Windows XP seems to be the only solution because I don't get this error with it

Best thing you can do then is to update every driver you can find an update for, especially chipset.

I've recently updated the BIOS
All drivers are up to date.
My RAM is KVR800D2N6/2G but I don't know it's timings as these are not listed on Kingston's website
I've also downgraded to Nvidia driver 182.50, this driver is more stable but i still get that error

I was using my dell computer for 2 hours when the screen went to red and blue triangles. After many days of messing with it I still get "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" message. ATI Radeon Family Happens every 5-15 minutes. Can it be fixed??
