Only internet videos. I can watch VLC and Windows Media Player stuff in fullscreen fine.

Maybe those other ones not working use Microsoft's version called "Silverlight" instead.

Do a Windows Update to get it if you don't have it already.

Also, Flash only works in x86 browsers.

Edit- Oh, I see. That's because the vidz on Dailymotion are HD. Your computer is spazzing out on them.

    I have Silverlight.

And I don't know what x86 is, but Chrome, Mozilla, and Internet Explorer can't run all the same videos.

    I edited my above post:

"Oh, I see. That's because the vidz on Dailymotion are HD. Your computer is spazzing out on them."

Your motherboard and cpu are too old. It only uses RDRAM which is ancient.

Somehow I knew it would come down to my computer just being too old.
Well, I'll have to look into this... Thanks, though. At least I have Photoshop working, so I'm good for the moment.

Are you able to run Aero?

Do regular SD and HD videos play with out any delay?

Aero works, and if YouTube HD videos count, then yes, I can play them.

This may look a little pixelized,. but I use a player called KMplayer.

    You can download it here:

    KMPlayer - Download

If you have VLC installed install to the VLC directory as they use the same exact files...........Sabes space

I was just thinking... When I ran XP on this same computer, all these HD videos worked fine. Unless something has gone wrong with the motherboard since then, doesn't that mean it's a software issue?

Hmm. I'm now getting an alert from the Action Center saying that I'm running an XPDM video device by Intel, even though that would make me incapable of running Aero (which I'm running right now).
