Big Issue: Black Screen Due To GFX Card

Hey all,

Ever since I put Windows 7 Ultimate on (about 6 hours ago) I get a black screen after boot screen, no login appears.
Black Screen:
* No Mouse
* No Keyboard
* No Screen (Duh) Its not a "Black Screen" more of a blank screen

I have attempted many fixes:
* Update Drivers for mother board
* Update Drivers For GFX card
* Batch Files in Start up (two different ones based on display)
* Updated Bios
* Remvoing all other hard drives

Things that Have Worked:
* Runing in Safe Mode
* Disabling GFX card
* Remove GFX card Drivers

This is how i came to the conclusion that my black screen is caused by my GFX card. But i dont want to have Windows 7 installed with out it (what would be the point).

My GFX card is a "NVIDIA 9800 gtx"

NVIDIA latest Drivers i have

Any help is welcomed thanks.

After the time frame you PC should be booted up how long have you stayed at the blank screen? I ask because I have been having an issue that appeared when I installed the 260.99 Nvidia drivers and I can't get rid of it and I have even installed an ATI card and something had been borked pretty good.

Aside from that...boot your PC and wait at least 5 minutes and see if your desktop appears because mine is now taking 3-5 minutes on a cold boot or resuming from sleep AND I recently discovered it also does it if Windows 7 shuts the monitor off because of my settings in the power controls and my PC is still running.

I am still hard at work to solve this issue and I am beginning to think it was a windows 7 update dated on 10/26/2010 because that was the same time I installed the new drivers. I have also removed the driver many times and rolled back and nothing changes and like I said I installed an old ATI card and it still happens...that is why I think it was an update that has caused this.
