When I type in this code computer that looks nothin like mine shows up
Same problem here. Any other stickers or names on the computer / case to help narrow it down

Nope, nothin that would tell us anything.
Look, it wont let me change my resolution for some reason. Know why? Its stuck on 640x480. Maybe that has something to do with the size?
DOC I have an idea.
Go into Control Panel, System, Device Manager,
And select Display Adapter and select your Graphics card and uninstall.
Make sure you are on line to the internet
Shut down your computer and reboot.
Your graphics card will be found again and hopefully find the correct driver on your HD and/or on the internet.
Sometimes this works, sometimes not but worst thing will be you ar eexactly back where you are now and we will have to figure your next step.

You can also do this same thing with your monitor drivers under system manger.
Try running this system info program from our sister site Vista Forums
Just check put a checkmark in computer & video card & then click the start orb in the program lower left corner
