Can't install latest drivers NVIDIA

Trying to install the latest drivers for my hardware from NVIDIA
downloaded 105 MB .exe setup file
I want to Update "NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT" from 185.93 to 195.62

when I opened the setup (NVIDIA Setup error) says ::
"The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your hardware. Setup will now exit."

Download the driver AND the modified INF from HERE.
Then follow the steps HERE.

Your card is supported - "[DEV_0643] NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT" by the INF, so make sure you replace it with the one in the folder that the driver is extracted to.

Go to Add/Remove and uninstall Nvidia Display Driver and then go to Run command and enter regedit and then open the Local Setting folder and then see if Nvidia driver is there so delete some line and then reboot and download>> Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers and then install as "run as admin" that will work fine
