Two monitors with different resolutions In Windows 7

I have a new Windows 7 system to which I want to connect two monitors. One is a 22" 16:9 format, and the other is a 19" 4:3 format. If I set the resolution for the 16:9 HD, nothing but the 'theme' shows on the 4:3 because everything is off the edge of the monitor. My card has dual DVI inputs. Can my 4:3 monitor be somehow set to show the 16:9 content, or do I have to match aspect ratios.

4:3 = 1280 x 1024
16:9 = 1920 x 1080

Hello hooterdawg,

Welcome to Seven Forums.

You should be able to set resolution for each monitor in the Nvidia control panel.

Two external monitors with different resolutions
Hi, I have a small problem : I'm using my laptop at work and home with different external monitors and I end up having to manually set the display resolution constantly. I use a docking station so that I don't even have to open the laptop and I just send it to sleep and wake it up when I arrive to...

2 monitors, different resolutions, don't "fit" together-Anyway to fix?
Hiya. I have a laptop with a 1366x768 res, and an external monitor of 1920x1080. They are set up side-by-side, and the mouse moves from one to the other along the top, but not the bottom. Windows shows the resolutions scaled to pixels next to each other--which means a corner of the bigger...

Mirror / Duplicate monitors at differing resolutions?
Is there any way to set up a mirrored monitor setup with monitors of differing resolutions, but simultaneously maintain the native resolution on both monitors? I have an onboard G31 video on my system. This particular motherboard has both a DVI and VGA output. I have DVI connected to an LCD...

Windows doesn't show my resolutions.
Hello again. I just buy an ATI Radeon 3650 AGP. I installed 9.8 catalyst but the graphic shows as an ordinary VGA device in manager device. The screen is a little bit blurred, because I only have 3 resolutions, neither one is my screen's default (1440x900). I have a HP W 1907 Wide LCD. ...

Resolutions in Windows 7
Hi everyone I use a LCD monitor whose native resolution is 1280x1024. If i reduce my resolution to a lower value, the real estate is reduced to the specified resolution with black covering the rest of the monitor area. I did some digging and found that "Flat Panel Scaling" dictates this...
