Hi,Yes that is the same as the one I posted, I was just checking to see if you thought you had installed
the latest one but an older one was in place, but alas the correct one is there or should I say the latest one.

Ok, go to the Motherboard site and download and install everything that is available for the motherboard,

While your power supply may have the correct adaptors, it may not be powerful enough to support both a 140watt CPU and your graphics card, etc.... Make sure you have at least an 850Watt PS, but a 1000Watt PS would be better. And use a brand name PS also, such as Antec,Cooler Master, OCZ, or ABS. If you go cheap on your PS you get what you pay for.

The CPU stepping for the 965 is now 125w TDP, unless the OP has the original version. Update all your drivers with the guide in my sig, and use driver sweeper when necessary.

Those drivers tend to be outdated. You only need the chipset. The sound and GPU can be found elsewhere.

I had already used device manager and update the driver through the internet with every component.

What I said still stands. He/she needs an adequate power supply.
