Display Projection settings = No input signal

Hey,

So I was fooling around with Display projection settings & display settings and ended up losing image from my monitor after I changed something there. Can't recall what exactly.

edit: I switched the colors from 32 bit to 16 bit and lost the image. It did not revert back.

Now it says no input signal every time I try to log on to windows. I tried plugging the monitor on both connectors of my ati hd3850, but nothing. I have image all the way to "Starting up windows" and then before the log-in screen it goes black. I can hear the sounds of programs like skype, so the computer is running ok, just no image.

In safe mode everything seems to be working fine. I tried accessing the display projection settings in safe mode but it doesn't start up? I tried uninstalling catalyst and booting up with 640x resolution mode but no difference. I don't have restore points enabled either.

Is there anything I can do? Other than reinstalling the whole damn thing after just installing it yesterday.

I have windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and ATI 3850 with some new 22" acer monitor.

Thanks.
