    9800 GTX+ Blur Help


    Can somone please help me? I have windows 7 and am running a Nvidia GeForce 9800 GTX+ and everything is kind of smudged and blurry. For example: My wallpaper is the simpsons. each character has a reflexion behind them thats not suposed to be there. This applys to everything. Even the mouse. Can somone help me solve this isue?

    Heres a pic of the wallpaper and it should show what my problem is:

    Somone Please Help! I dont know how to fix it.

    I'm not seeing it on my monitor. Either that or my eyes aren't sharp enough to catch the difference.

    Ya its a small image too. I couldnt get it bigger on myspace. Well I have been messing around and its better but its still a little blurry. I think it is the monitor. Its only blurry on my browser now but the desktop is better i reboot it. Thanks anyways
