EDIT: well, after 12hrs and some testing... This driver feels good, there's almost NO stutter at all in FIFA '12 or the EURO 2012 DLC, Battlefield 3 is practically the same, NFS The Run is the same thing (the game is capped @ 30fps), Skyrim is a lot snappier... and I ran out of games... hehe

I had a quick look in Nvidia control panel and discovered that the update had disabled SLI, I re-enabled it and hey presto, back to 7.9

Paul. Everytime I update I have to redo my setting(they never keep). Plus I know my sli settings is on because I run Tri-screen (3x24"). So I'm still not sure what's up with it yet. Just before I updated the driver I also updated the cards bios, to unlock the fan speed limits. So it could be ether that have made it drop to 7.7?? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Jeepmann/Custom Built OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit + xp,Vista, ubuntu in V-Box's CPU Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (@4.5Ghz@1.230v) Motherboard Asus Maximus IV Extreme LGA 1155 Intel P67 Memory G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB 1600Mhz (4 x 4GB) (Stock) Graphics Card x2 EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 570 (Stock) in SLI Surround Sound Card On-Board Monitor(s) Displays 3x Acer 24" HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor Screen Resolution 3@ 1920x1080 (5760x1080 In Surround) Keyboard Logitech G510 Mouse Zalman M300 PSU COOLER MASTER Silent Pro 1000W Case COOLER MASTER HAF X Black Cooling CORSAIR Hydro H70 Hard Drives Samsung 830 128gb ssd

The latest drivers seem to have screwed over my graphics and I need my card running in tip-top shape in 8-9 hours.
I'm rolling back to the 296.10 drivers.
EDIT: The rollback seems to have fixed it, the new drivers are very buggy, I read there is some "idle bug" or something. I'll be researching drivers before updating from now on. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number CYBERPOWER OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 CPU AMD Athlon II x2 260 (3.20Ghz) Regor 35nm Technology Motherboard ASUSTek M4N68T-M-V2 (AM3 Socket) Memory 4GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @669Mhz (9-9-9-24) Graphics Card Zotac GeForce GTS 450 (1GB) Sound Card Nvidia High Defenition Audio Monitor(s) Displays Acer S231HLbid LED Monitor 23" Screen Resolution 1920x1080 1080p 60Hz Keyboard XTREME Gear USB Keyboard Mouse XTREME Gear USB Mouse PSU SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze Modular Active PFC 80+ Bronze Cert Case Cooler Master Elite Gaming Case Black 430 Cooling Cooler Master Hyper 212 Heatsink.
