Must be a win-10 thing then I don't see it in win-7

I didn't know that

I do recall seeing win-10's safe to remove icon in the action center
I sort of ignored it I guess now I see what was up with that

I do not see it in win-7 so logic tells me it's purely a win-10 quirk :/

For me personally.75 has been flawless :)
