Can't install 9800 gt and nvidia control panel

Hello all,
I have reinstall my windows 7..
Im using AMD Athlon 64 x2 4800+ 2.5 ghz, have 4 Gb Ram, Operating system Windows 7 64-bit and xfx 9800 gt. My problem is Gpu 9800 GT, cant install it. I have try it with older versions of drivers and doesn't work
After install the last drivers (196.21_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_english_whql and 196.21_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_international_whql) i was thinking that's a problem nvm. I get this msg :

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried windows update, older driver but might install ok.

Whats your PSU and have you got the additional 6-pin connected, some of these 9800GTs require two.
