compaq presario CQ5320f upgrade video card?

I just bought a compaq presario cq5320f computer and i am wanting to upgrade the video card. Im kinda new to the hardware end of things and was wondering if any body had any ideas for a power supply and video card that would be easy on the low budget side of things.
