Help, Windows 7 can't detect my geforce 7100gs I'm using old motherboard Asus P5RD1-VM. When I install my video card NVidia GeForce 7100GS, it seems that windows 7 doesn't detect my video card. I've tried to install newest driver from NVidia, but the installer said that it can't find driver for hardware installed. Please help.
regards,

Windows 7 probably doesn't detect the video card because that motherboard has integrated video - ATI RADEON X300. Try going into the BIOS on boot up and setting the integrated video to "Disable". (You should be able to get to the BIOS by hitting "Delete" as it boots.) | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Gateway, Toshiba Laptop, and Home Brew OS Windows 7 x64 HP, Windows 7 HP, Windows 7 Ult CPU Intel I3, Cerelon, Pentium 4 @ 3Ghz Motherboard Intel, Intel, Asus Memory 8G, 3G, 3G Graphics Card On-board Intel, On-board nVidia, nVIDIA card Sound Card on-board, on-board, SoundBlaster Monitor(s) Displays Hannspree HF237, Toshiba, SyncMaster 931B Screen Resolution default (all) Keyboard standard wired (all) Mouse standard wired (all) PSU 300w, unk, 650w Case black, black, grey Cooling air (all) Hard Drives 1T internal, 320G internal, 160G internal, 1T networked Internet Speed 6M down, 768K up Other Info Home LAN through Linksys hub to 4 port and wireless switch/router. Thanks for reply my post. I've disabled the integrated video card. But the problem still persist. Actually I've solved the problem yesterday. But sorry I forgot to post that the problem was solved.
I update my BIOS, then it can recognize my video card. So many of problem was solved, not only the video card, but also the lag time during booting (since I used SATA hard drive as my storage, it almost take 30 minutes to boot). And now my problem solved.
Thanks,
