Hi, I need some help. Is this a good graphics card?

hello windows seven, i have an old computer that i have put windows 7 ultimate on for

my daughter and everything works great but it does,nt have aero because of the graphic card,i was wondering if somebody could tell if this card would work. galaxy geforce fx5500 256mb agp 4x/8x. its for a 865peda/pedap motherboard.or point me in the right direction for another card suitable enough ...thanks in advance:)

nVidia doesn't offer Win7 drivers for the FX5500. The Vista drivers may be sufficient to support Aero.

If you can find an AGP version of the ATI Radeon HD3450, it may be better. I have not used an AGP card under Windows 7, so I can't speak from personal experience.
