Corrupter pixels with aero

Hi,

I have this strange problem with aero, that some texts in menus and status bars, notifications have corrupted (blue) pixels around them, see attachment.
The strange thing is, that internet explorer status bar has it, firefox status bar does not. This is an nv gtx 260 card. I tried it in different machines, and it had the problem everywhere, I also tried other 260 cards, those were ok, so it is related to the card. The card was running with xp for 3 month without a problem. I tried 3dmark vantage, I recieved dxgi_error_device_removed. I tried the card with a clean win 7 pro install, the problem was there even before win 7 installed the gfx driver, and it is there with the latest driver also. If I switch aero off, it is gone.

Any ideas, what is causing this problem, is it a gpu defect, or ram defect, or may be some other problem?

Thanks.
