nvlddmkm.sys BSOD somewhat fixed by TMM?

I have a 9600 GSO XFX graphics card and generally whenever I play a game i get BSOD with nvlddmkm.sys as the error. The BSOD occurs generally a few minutes into the game if not a few seconds. This BSOD occurred after switching from Windows Vista to Windows 7. I have since switched back to Windows vista but the error still occurred, but I found a somewhat of a fix for it. If i disable TMM in task scheduler, I am able to play up to 30+ minutes without a BSOD, but I will eventually get the BSOD after 45ish minutes of play. Does anyone know of any issues related to TMM and nvlddmkm.sys so I can accurately pinpoint the problem?

There is no fix for this BSOD for now. It is problem with NVIDIA driver, if google it you can find some possible solution for this problem. Sometime they work, but mostly they don`t. Effects Vista and 7.

some additional info: disabling TMM no longer makes the game last longer, the duration till BSOD is somewhat random now. Computer ran 3D Mark Vantage without any errors or anomalies. Have run memtest and ram is fine, have also placed a massive fan pointed to my GPU and still crashed.

You obvioulsy have a different version of win 7 than normal.. OUr debuggers dont even have the correct symbols to diagnose it. where did you get your image?
