    My Resolution is wrong

Hello, i just upgraded to Windows 7 and I'm having a problem setting my resolution. On Vista my resolution was 1280 by 800 yet, on Windows 7 it will only allow me to have 1024 by 786. By the way I installed the new Graphics Driver . These are my specs:
HP Pavilion dv6736nr Entertainment Notebook PC
Processor: AMD Turion 64 X2 Moblie Technoligy TL-60 2.00 Ghz
    RAM: 2 GB
    System typr: 32bit
Graphics Card: Standard VGA Graphics Adapter (although before i installed Windows 7 I remeber it was call Nvidia with numbers after it. Could this mean that i didnt install the graphics card. Because i dont know how to do that.)
Well i can watch videos so i know its working. Also sorry if i posted this in the wrong place and also sorry for not being so computer smart. Thanks in advance!

Hmm, can you set it to 1366x768 which is the recommended setting for a 15" screen of Windows7 - (I assume yours is a 15" since it is a notebook).

If that's what's showing in device manager, you haven't updated the graphics drivers. See the link in my sig or check your products support page and try using the Vista one.

Not really, HP just used a 1280x800 screen instead of a 1366x769 one in that laptop.
