You should be able to find the latest
driver for your card at nVidia's website. However, most notebook manufacturers use a modified set of
drivers. Your first stop will always be the video card manufacturers website, just in case they have
drivers available. You'll have to do one of 2 things to get the latest
drivers available....
First: Check the manufacturers website for the latest video card drivers. In this case, HP/Compaq. Keep in mind that they don't just update the drivers on their site whenever nVidia releases a new set of drivers, and they tend to fall behind severely. It's one of the issues with having a decent video card on a laptop.
If the above doesn't get you the latest, you can try a third-party drivers. There is a community that modifies the latest drivers (or a set of drivers released recently within the last year or so) and repackages them so they're able to be installed onto notebooks.
