As long as there is a Windows Driver for it, yes you can. (I wouldn't recomend replacing CPU because of the way Macs boot).

Alright thanks, and I didnt plan on replacing the CPU, only get a new GFX card, and some more RAM (buying RAM through apple is almost 300% more expensive i hear)

A new GPU should be fine. If you are looking to buy RAM make sure it says designed to run on Mac Pro + whatever year it was made or something to that extent. Try and avoid RAM which seams to be the right kind but doesn't specify a type of Computer (oh and 300% could be classed as an understatement, my MacBook's RAM
upgrapde cost £90 off Amazon but would have cost nearly £500 through Apple (this was at the time they may be cheaper now though))

I wish you the best of luck

    Its not any cheaper...

I could upgrade from 6 GB to 16 GB for 500$. Searched a bit, and could get it for about <200$
